How does the renewal of my plan work after the first 24 months?
By default, your site will remain online. Your plan, along with its original price, will continue to be charged monthly until instructed otherwise.

How does the termination procedure work?
If you wish to cancel your plan, please contact our team. We will take care of providing you with all the files for your site as well as your domains. Please note that closing costs may vary depending on when you reach the end of your contract.

Would you be able to assist me with content creation and managing social media?
Currently, our range of services does not include this service. However, we strongly recommend that you consult your practice advisor so that she can direct you to local marketing agencies that may meet your needs. If you require assistance in creating your own content, we have tools available to support you; feel free to request them at any time.

Can I add an online store to my website?
Yes. Whether your online store is made with the help of Otto or any other provider, it is possible to integrate it into your website at any time. No. It is necessary to choose a new design from our available selection. No. Our websites are hosted on our servers. We do not use WordPress or cPanel. However, since your website is linked to your OSI Member Access, you'll have the capability to update essential information on your site, such as your team members and schedule.
